Your first Faith Snapshot
Your first snapshot will be sent to your signup email within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Monthly member newsletters and resources follow by email.
If your snapshot hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, check your spam or promotions folder, then email support with your name and membership email. A Stripe receipt reference can help us locate your payment. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Membership and billing help
Order Membership is $9.99 per month. Family Membership is $19.99 per month. Both renew monthly and include the first snapshot. Contact us about delivery problems, an incorrect email address, billing questions or a charge you would like reviewed.
Cancel your membership
Email your cancellation request. We’ll cancel your membership within 72 hours of receiving the request and send confirmation by email. See the cancellation information for what to include.
