Privacy Notice

This notice explains how United Christian Order handles information submitted through its Faith Quiz and membership signup.

Information collected

We collect the name, email address, age, household size and questionnaire answers you submit. Your answers can reveal information about your Christian beliefs, practices and interests. We also assign a submission reference to match your questionnaire with your membership checkout.

Stripe collects payment information at checkout. We receive payment and subscription information needed to manage membership; full payment-card numbers are not collected by this website’s questionnaire.

How information is used

We use your information to prepare your Faith Snapshot, select relevant personal or family resources, match confirmed payments, deliver member emails, manage subscriptions and respond to support or cancellation requests.

Submitting the questionnaire saves your intake even if you do not complete payment. A saved intake is not a paid membership and does not trigger delivery of the snapshot or enrollment in the paid newsletter.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions. Stripe processes payments and manages billing records. Email delivery providers may process your email address and delivery content to send your snapshot, newsletters and service messages. Information is shared as needed to deliver and operate these services, or where disclosure is required by law.

Browser data

The signup flow keeps your in-progress details in browser memory rather than local storage. Your email address is passed to Stripe to prefill checkout, along with a submission reference. Questionnaire answers, age and household size are not placed in the checkout URL. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to operate and protect their services.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed for member services, support, payment records and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can email us to request correction or deletion of your submitted information, or ask how it is used. Some payment or business records may need to be retained.

Your choices

You may leave the questionnaire without submitting it. Once details have been submitted, contact us with any privacy request. To stop paid membership renewal, use the email cancellation process; changing email preferences alone does not cancel billing.
