Cancellation Information
You can request cancellation of your United Christian Order membership at any time by email.
How to request cancellation
Use the subject Cancel My UCO Membership. Include your name and the email address used for your membership. Sending from that email helps us locate the correct subscription. Do not include payment-card details.
Processing and confirmation
We will cancel your membership within 72 hours of receiving your cancellation request and send you an email confirmation. The confirmation will state the cancellation status and when your paid membership access ends.
Cancellation stops future renewals once processed. If your next renewal is approaching, send your request as early as possible to allow for the processing window. If a renewal charge occurs while your request is being processed, contact us so we can review it.
Email preferences and billing
Unsubscribing from a newsletter alone does not cancel your paid membership. Please email a cancellation request to stop membership renewal. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a payment already collected; contact us about any billing or refund concern.
If you haven’t received confirmation within 72 hours, follow up using your original request so we can check its status.
